Callum Brown

Callum is a results-driven Project Manager with over 20 years of experience in overseeing complex, multi-disciplinary projects across New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and Australia. He has been instrumental in equine developments at The Australian Turf Club, including the construction of racing & training tracks, as well as race day facilities. Previously, he served as a capital works manager for Racing NSW, playing a role in delivering significant racecourse projects at both metropolitan and regional venues. Callum has contributed to the upgrade of world-class tracks and facilities at renowned locations such as Royal Randwick and Rosehill Gardens Racecourses, which host prestigious events like The TAB Everest, The TAB Golden Slipper, and the Queen Elizabeth Stakes.

Richard is a leading expert in equine facility development, with decades of experience across project management, stable design & construction, and equine property & asset management. He has played key roles with Darley/Godolphin Australia, served as an expert advisor for the 2000 Sydney Olympics equestrian facilities, and contributed to major industry organisations including the Newcastle Jockey Club and the Hunter Valley Thoroughbred Breeders. Renowned for his innovation in stabling design and his deep understanding of equine‑safe construction, Richard has helped shape some of the world’s most prestigious equine developments.

Principal Engineer 
Rene Nielsen

Rene is a Civil Engineer with over ten years of experience in equine design, construction, project management, and contract management. Rene brings strong experience managing full‑cycle projects, from planning and stakeholder engagement through to delivery and close‑out, ensuring cost effective and fit for purpose solutions. His professional background includes work in New Zealand, Australia, Middle East and Central America, giving him a broad understanding of technical design and construction practices. Rene applies this knowledge to problem‑solving across all stages of a project, from concept development through to construction support and ongoing maintenance.
